Responsibilities Admin cum HR

  • Responsible for various aspect of office administration matters including staff temperature screening, safe distancing and SafeEntry. Source, maintain and upkeep of office equipment. Manage orders and delivers of office supplies.
  • Provide support to business development department during customer visits at show room.
  • Coordinate internal meetings including update of project status and outstanding matters.
  • Process approved registration forms and program access cards.
  • Prepare monthly service report, clocking report and adhoc service report including update of system records.
  • Assist in daily deployment and checking attendance records.
  • Prepare and handle employment letters.
  • Set up and maintain uptodate P files including all correspondences and keep other required documents safely.
  • Manager all resignations and terminations including acceptance of resignation letters, exit clearance forms and booking of air tickets.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
