This is a full-time on-site role in Kuala Lumpur for a Chat Support - Mandarin Speaker (Fresh Graduates). The role entails providing customer support and handling live chats in Mandarin with proficiency and accuracy. The role involves working in shifts and adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Designation:
Chat Support - Mandarin Speaker

Location:
Menara Bangkok Bank (accessible to public transport - Monorail Bukit Nanas & LRT Dang Wangi)

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (if working during offday/restday will get OT)

Working hours:
Rotational Shift

  • 7am 4pm
  • 2pm 11pm
  • 10.30pm 7.30pm

Salary:
RM4,00 - RM4,500 (basic) + shift allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to B2B issues and questions relating to the services we offer
  • Liaise with technology departments both in house and third party, on technical issues relating to customers and products
  • Monitor website availability and functionality, alerting the necessary parties when performance or accessibility is affected in any way
  • Responsible in solving customer enquiries and problems
  • Handling customer feedback and forwarding it to the respective department

Requirement

  • Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
  • Good problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies or tools quickly
  • Previous experience in customer service or support role is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
