  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Keep track and follow up on debtor's outstanding payments.
  • Able to handle staff claims, petty cash, payment vouchers.
  • Manage proper documentation and filling for record keeping.
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and records.
  • Coordinating between departments and divisions in resolving daytoday administrative and operational problems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daytoday office administrative matters.
  • To execute adhoc duties when required.
  • Provide administrative support & HR operation function to the company.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems for account
  • To assist the sales team and customer service of the database system.
Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision

Qualification

  • Degree/Diploma in Account and Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of Account skill and techniques.
  • Highlevel communication and networking skills.
