Responsible for leading and managing a team of production workers includes assigning tasks, providing training, evaluating performance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Collaborate with other departments such as production planning, engineering, and procurement to ensure that production schedules are met efficiently.

Responsible for maintaining strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process includes implementing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and addressing any deviations from specifications.

To optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure that all workers are trained on proper safety procedures.

Effective communication is essential in coordinating activities between different departments, conveying production goals and targets to the team, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during production.

Adept at quickly identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and disruptions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, quality metrics, and efficiency measures. Analyze these data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and report on production performance to top management.

At least Diploma / Degree in engineering field or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience at a supervisor level in Precision Engineering industry.

Knowledge in MasterCam X5 software, CNC Turning, CNC Milling 3, 4 and 5 AXIS.Knowledge of using computers and smart devices and Microsoft application.

Strong leadership, driven for results, details oriented and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skill in English and Mandarin, in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
