- To conduct onboarding for new employee and trainings.
- To identify and analyze training needs for the employees.
- Developing and implementing the learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the Company's objective to expand/ various learning methods.
- To conduct observation/analyse for continues employee's development.
- Update and monitor training records.
- Execute the training hours for employees.
- Assist other Group of companies for any training needs.
Quality
- Evaluate quality issue, conduct root cause analysis, develops improvement plans, and collaborates with operations team to improve quality performance.
- Ensure hotel services culture and products adhere to quality standard.
- Eliminating amenities/ product/ practices that are not up to standards according to hotel brand positioning.
- Develop and conduct a training need analysis to ensure continuous improvement in quality.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance and policies and systems.
- Practice main component: Quality planning, quality assurance quality control & quality improvement.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education and Training or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience for managerial role in training and development.
- Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent in training and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent track record in developing and executing impactful training programs.
- Ability to think out of the box to create fun and creative training delivery methods.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
Salary:
RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
