JOB SUMMARY

  • To run Product and Sales training for Outlets Sales Personal
  • To propose countermeasures for sales product and development training based on findings and research
  • To drive the creative work to add value to the Sales Advisors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To support and execute the training of identified new model sales product training and related initiatives
  • To plan the timeline of the project completion
  • To prepare progressive reports for all projects assigned
  • To liaise with respective divisions to achieve training objectives
  • To take up adhoc projects assigned
  • Willing to have short travels to other regions for training purposes whenever required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field
  • Professional level of spoken and written English, Bahasa
  • Proficient in any creative software's
  • Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator Etc
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
