As a Supply Chain Professional, you will be responsible for executing supply chain programs that support delivery, releasing purchase orders on time to reduce supply risk, reduce costs, and optimize cash flow. You will attend production meetings, representing shortages to internal and external stakeholders, and communicate with suppliers on escalations, pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations. You will also troubleshoot and diagnose root causes and corrective actions for misalignments such as planning errors, unplanned demand, ECO implementation, item attribute, and external supply-related constraints.

You will maintain DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment contracts, inclusive of analyzing and updating quantities, maintaining proper ERP system setup, keeping applicable contractual liabilities and amendments current, mitigating Ichor's liability, resolving delivery discrepancies, providing forecasts to suppliers, and ensuring suppliers are performing to contractual service levels.

You will establish daily working relationships with suppliers, managing changing priorities and escalations by executing purchase orders and ensuring on-time deliveries. You will be highly organized and able to manage significant purchase order workload, track, and drive closure on issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams including technical decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis, and negotiation.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in more than one operational discipline.
  • Strong knowledge in material and purchasing analysis.
  • Experience working in ERP & PLM systems; Oracle, SAP, and Agile preferred.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
