Outlet Supervisor

Join our team as an Outlet Supervisor and take on the challenge of leading our ice cream outlet to success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of outlet staff.
    • Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
    • Provide training and support to new and existing employees.
    • Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
    • Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the shop.
    • Ensure that staff provide prompt and courteous service.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
    • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and arrange for repairs as necessary.
  • Sales and Financial Management:
    • Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
    • Handle cash transactions, manage the cash register, and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
    • Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the shop.
    • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Promotions and Marketing:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and increase brand awareness.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Identify and address operational challenges and inefficiencies.
    • Proactively find solutions to improve overall shop performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate in Food Beverage, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in FB or related field is required for this position.
  • Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift duty.
