Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and design new equipment for adopting new technology
  • Operate and test pilot scale facilities
  • Participate in new process transfer and outsourcing projects
  • Cooperate with plant engineers to set up and ramp up new manufacturing processes
  • Search and interpret data, analyze test results, and conduct experiments
  • Collect and interpret process data for pilot and commercial plant
  • Operate pilot scale facilities and improve/develop each component
  • Participate in research and development projects
  • Report each project
Requirements
  1. Bachelor/Master in Chemistry (Chemical engineering) or related science major
  2. At least 5 years experience in production engineering or a similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  8. Positive attitude and passion for collaborative teamwork
  9. Chemical process engineering experience is preferred
  10. Fluent in English
