Main responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Executive role:

  • Develop market entry plans, establish partnerships, and build connections to boost revenue and enhance brand visibility globally.
  • Identify and assess potential franchise possibilities, and devise comprehensive business strategies and financial models to evaluate the viability of franchise locations.
  • Oversee the entire franchise recruitment process from lead generation to contract signing, and strategize initiatives for expanding the franchise/B2B network.
  • Evaluate franchisee/B2B performance and brand adherence, and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess franchise operations and monitor financial performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in international business development/franchise development.
  • Demonstrated track record of broadening market presence, forming partnerships, and meeting revenue goals in global markets.
  • Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
