As a Community & Events Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for the music community in South East Asia.

About the Role
  • Execute South East Asia-based event strategies and concepts in line with the company's objectives
  • Support management of all facets of event planning and execution, including marketing, coordination with vendors, venue management, and on-site logistics
  • Liaise with potential clients, record labels, and partners to secure event sponsorships and collaborations
  • Drive events programme for Malaysia operations and support event operations in South East Asia
  • Reinforce best practices and standard operating procedures to assist in building operational excellence
  • Create and organise events documents and files, including detailed reports, spreadsheets, guidelines, and presentations
  • Gather data and analyse performance of event based initiatives
  • Provide overall administrative support to the Events Team related to event organization, including budget management, scheduling, and compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in event management or the entertainment industry
  • A deep love for music and a keen interest in curating engaging experiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • A motivated self-starter who can adapt, problem-solve on the fly and bring ideas to the table
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
