Business Development Manager Business Development Manager

Join our team as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and enhancing the overall proposition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities with potential partners and clients.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with organizations that complement our HRMS offering.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Monitor and Report on Partner Satisfaction: Provide regular reports on partner satisfaction, retention rates, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or degree in any field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluent English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building and networking skills with clients.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
