Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Inside Sales Support located in Petaling Jaya. The Inside Sales Support personnel will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exemplary customer service, supporting sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing communication with potential and existing customers, processing sales orders, and coordinating with different departments to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
Qualifications
