**Primary Job Purpose**:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordinated development and execution of the overall Marketing strategy and the execution and deployment of marketing initiatives in Malaysia and Export Markets.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement Commercial strategies based on Channels, Product Categories and Consumer Trends for ARYZTA Food Solutions Malaysia
- Be the market expert by developing key channel insights, foresights and understanding, packaging these appropriately to feed into category strategy (innovation) and commercial strategy
- Work with commercial teams to ensure NPDs are relevant to customers, co-create plans to ensure optimised launch in market/s
- Co-develop customer strategy and plan with Commercial Director for identified strategic accounts
- Build category strategy and plan as defined by regional strategic directions and priorities
- Analyze the bread or food industry and competitors’ trends in Malaysia and Southeast Asia to identify business expansion opportunities
- Develop common product presentation materials for the sales team
- Conduct cost analysis when introducing new marketing measures
- Develop high quality and customer-relevant marketing and sales materials for business development efforts and NPDs
- Collaborate with retail marketing partners to ensure brand integrity across communication platforms with accurate implementation of marketing assets
- Plan & execute marketing campaign programs, internal/ external corporate branding activities
- Plan and execute any local marketing related events (e.g. trade show, showcase, seminar) to ensure that the brand is represented accurately
- Measuring the post-execution performance of marketing activities (exhibitions, etc.)
- End to end management of customer focused marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Food & Beverage industry or B2B environment
- Ability to present well and fluent in English Language and Mandarin due to the Export activities in the Region
- Working experience in market specific or regional marketing role
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of media/ partner marketing channels.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technique - Basic Videography and Photo skills
- A self-started and independent person with a passion to win attitude
- Proactive and self-motivating and hands-on, demonstrating creative thinking and problem solving in a pragmatic way.
- Passionate about food and a keen interest in food trends and habits from a consumer and customer perspective.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationship with cross-functional groups.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in Power BI, GP, SAP & Microsoft Excel.

Pay: From RM15,000.00 per month
