Kitchenaid Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Job scope: Selling / Introducing Kitchen Aid products (and other brands) through demonstrations and baking/cooking classes
- Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses.
- Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building.
- Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way while emphasizing the use of our products and it’s benefits to initiate customers interest during the lessons.
- Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons.
- Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
- Provide consultation to customers interested in our lessons and product purchase to acquire a new hobby and pursue new healthy lifestyle.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, customer service, answer phone enquiries etc.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants with sales or culinary background will be an added advantage. **FRESH GRADUATES** are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude. Proactive in carrying out assignments.
- Must be Sales driven and ability to converse confidently.
- Schedule Working hours ranging from:

- 1.00pm -9.30pm (noon shift)
- 10.00am - 6.30pm (morning shift)
- Commission

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
