**(Part Time Basis**: 2.5 days working per week)

1. Track and reconcile cash and investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, private equity, and alternative investments.
2. Maintain a log of all investment-related transactions e.g., new trades, exits, capital calls, distributions
3. Generate investment performance reports and analyze investment results against benchmarks and financial targets.
4. Monitor expense accruals and allocations in compliance with fund agreements and regulatory guidelines.
5. Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity needs to ensure sufficient funds are available for planned expenditures and investment opportunities.
6. Assist in the preparation of monthly management report vs budget
7. Reconcile management and financial reports prepared by outsourced service provider.
8. Coordinate with outsourced Accountant and Tax Advisors to facilitate timely completion of MAS reporting and tax filings.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of fund accounting principles, financial instruments, and investment strategies.
- Experience working in a family office, wealth management firm, or similar environment catering to high-net-worth individuals.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
