Assistant Property Rental Manager- Leasing

**Responsibilities**:
1. Daily rental management of the assigned area, including contract property management,
lease renewal management, tenant management, move-in management, rent management, move-out management, and other related duties.
2. Handling daily affairs with landlords and cooperating agents.
3. Actively participating in cross-departmental business collaboration.
4. Regularly submit reports on property management status and data to superiors.
5. Participate in formulating the company's management strategies and development plans.
6. Maintain good cooperative relationships with landlords, agents, and clients.
7. Achieve the company's profit, team performance, and other objectives.
8. Assisting superiors in handling various urgent tasks and matters.
**Qualifications**:
1. Several years of residential real estate management experience.
2. Strong proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English languages, adept at both verbal and written communication (communicating with Mandarin-speaking tenants and English-speaking landlords).
3. Experience using Console or DOCU systems (property management software).
4. Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven.
6. Strong learning ability, able to quickly familiarize oneself with various affairs within the jurisdiction.
7. Strong service orientation, with a calm and patient demeanor.
8. Possess high-quality electronic devices and a camera, such as a computer, tablet (to ensure high-quality online work status, virtual office requires the camera to be turned on).
9. Ability to handle customer complaints rationally and effectively.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
