Videographer Admin

**Responsibilities**:
Pre-production:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize video ideas and develop storyboards.
- Scout locations, arrange props, and coordinate any necessary logistics for shoots.
- Prepare and organize equipment for filming, ensuring everything is in working order.

Production:

- Execute video shoots according to the established storyboard and creative vision.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage.
- Direct talent and provide guidance to ensure desired performances.
- Adapt to changing circumstances or conditions during shoots to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a professional demeanor on set and ensure a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Post-production:

- Transfer and organize footage onto editing software.
- Edit video footage to create engaging and cohesive stories, incorporating graphics, sound effects, and music where necessary.
- Color correct and enhance video quality to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar programs.
- In-depth knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
