As an Account cum Admin Intern at Tomin Intertrade Sdn. Bhd., you will be given the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in the field of accounting. You will work closely with our accounting team and assist them in various tasks to support the smooth operation of financial processes.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
- Help with general bookkeeping duties, such as data entry, organizing financial documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in performing reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- Stay updated with relevant accounting principles, industry standards, and regulations.
- Perform any tasks as assigned
- **Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel or any account software system

**Job Types**: Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
