- Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals
- Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews
- Developing understanding on the category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada;
- Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention
- Working with cross-functional teams to execute on campaigns and strategic projects

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Strong ownership and attention to details
- Passion about improving both customer and seller experience
- Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning
- Experience in merchandising, preferably working in a fast-paced environment eg tech startup, e-commerce or digital agency
- Experience in retail is an added advantage, either in retailer as brand principal/distributor
- Ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable strategy
- Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills
