QA & Qc Technician

Execute site work and mixing concrete/UHPC on site. Technical support and QC at site.
- Assisting in preparing Official Reports.
- Conduct visual inspection before and after casting precast products at factory.
- QA/QC of all premix/drymix products prior send out from factory.
- Recording all raw material such as all types of steel fibers, PVA, strands, chemicals (e.g. superplasticizers, etarders, accelerators, etc).
- Test setting up and running the flexural tests.
- Supervise and arrange trial mixes for new products.
- Issuing Delivery Orders (DO) for the segments/beams/premix/admixtures/fibers/internal material/equipment for using at site.
- Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
- Purchasing equipments and materials required for QC dept.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
