- Prepare payment voucher. eg. claims/commission payment.
- Scan and upload the invoices received for attachment in accounting system (XERO).
- Filling for documentation
- Assist in preparing the payment summary.
- Assist in preparing monthly ageing receivable report
- Provide administration support when needed (JD will be revised accordingly when required)
- Assisting with Ad-hoc tasks.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
