**Responsibilities**:
1.All Admin-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external, will be supported.
2.Maintain client digital and electronic records.
3.Identify client, do reference checks, and issue client contracts to aid in the contract process.
4.Schedule meetings, events and maintain agendas.
5.Produce and submit reports on general Project Management activity.
6.Key-in daily record related to Project Management
7.Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time by superior.

**Qualification**
1.Currently enrolled in a Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Bussiness Admin or a related field.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4.An ability to priorities and manage expectations
5.A keen eye for detail
6.An ability to work independently
7.The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
8.Fantastic organizational and time management skills
9.Have good knowledge regarding Computer and IT

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
