- 向持卡人和商家提供授權服務,以支援卡片的使用,同時最大限度地減少信用損失。
- 在即時交易監控上與持卡人進行驗證,以降低詐欺風險並維護組織和客戶的利益。
- 參加並負責職責範圍內其他授權管道的交付工作。
- 確保每日報告準確編制並傳送給相關方。
- 透過各種管道提供授權職責範圍,包括但不限於on-us/not-on-us授權請求、授權取消和撤銷、信用卡輕鬆支付、餘額轉帳、ATM/CDM終端監控、積分兌換等。
- 主動審查和監控線上詐欺警報系統,以減少詐欺損失。
- 在執行旁路覆蓋系統回應時提供合理的判斷。
- 參加並及時執行詐欺警報觸發的客戶和交易驗證
- 系統或從商業網路、發卡機構/收單機構和支付提供者收到的推薦。
- 在處理來自內部和外部客戶或業務同行的個人、電話和書面詢問時,提供極高水準的客戶服務。
- 為管理月度報告的準備提供每日數據彙編。
- 處理客戶和商家對產品/設施的詢問。
- 出於安全目的,在必要時警惕地執行卡片凍結以進行遺失和被盜報告,或在適用時包括凍結釋放和卡片更換。
- 在特殊授權請求中執行強制授權。
- 為MIS提供資料來源編制並確保每日報告要求正確執行。
- 靈活地承擔與其工作相關的職責和責任,並可能被要求履行與其工作一般性質和責任水平合理相符的其他職責。
- 高標準地規劃並完成委派的任務,並按約定的時間交付工作。
- 維持個人和專業發展,以滿足不斷變化的工作需求,並積極參與適當的學習和發展活動。

- 公認的學位持有者。
- 最好具有銀行/金融服務經驗或類似背景。 (有授權背景者優先)。
- 願意**輪班工作(24/7)** ,積極主動,精力充沛。
- 優秀的團隊合作精神,以結果為導向,能與各個層級的人溝通。
- 良好的馬來語和英語溝通能力。
