What the day to day looks like:

- You will advise our stakeholders and hiring managers, as a Subject Matter Specialist for Malaysia talent market
- Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development
- A well-rounded Talent Acquisition with strong direct sourcing ability; demonstrates a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish
- Champion Employer Brand internally and externally
- Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to thrive in a multicultural workplace
- Be able to speak Mandarin and English at work is required.
- Extensive of inhouse technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of placing junior to senior level of roles
- Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to confidently work in a matrixed structure on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company goals
- Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands
