**The Role?**
- Independent Sales Consultant position.
- Focus to generate NEW business for BCI Asia's project Leads services.
- You will need to liaise with the decision-maker of the client's company and match BCI's services that fit their business.
- Provide demos, consultation, negotiations, prepare quotations & chasing for payment.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
- All sales activities to be updated timely in CRM System.
- Your expertise in generating new business contributes to company growth.

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- 4-5 years of experience in a previous sales role with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- To be a confident negotiator & comfortable dealing with objections
- Strong negotiation and ability to understand client’s needs
- Strong customer advocacy skills: friendly, communicative, and with a high degree of integrity.
- Must have a learning mindset and truly wishes to be successful
- Experience using CRMs
- Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented & result-driven.
