Customer Support Executive

**LOCATION**:
- Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
**JOB SCOPE**:
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
- **Career progression after 6 months to be a QA, Customer Service Agent and Trainer Senior**_
**Requirements**:
- Minimum educational requirement: SPM and above
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of _**English and Mandarin/Cantonese**_ in both verbal and written communication skills
**Salary**: Up to RM4,200.00 per month
