**Recruitment**:
**1) Talent Sourcing and Attraction**
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, including behavioural and competency-based interviews.
**3) Job Posting and Advertising**:
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and update job postings to ensure they remain current and relevant.
**5) Onboarding and Integration**:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires as per Recruitment SOP, including completing hiring form with support document for preparation of offer letters, background checks, and necessary documentation.
- Facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and their respective teams.
**Foreign Worker New Arrival**:
**1) Documentation and Compliance**:
- Prepare and process work permits, visas, and employment contracts.
- Liaise with government agencies and immigration for compliance.
**2) Onboarding Process**:
- Develop and execute an onboarding program for new arrivals.
- Arrange initial training and orientation on company policies and safety procedures.
**3) Accommodation and Logistics**:
- Coordinate housing and transportation for new arrivals.
- Assist with setting up bank accounts and medical check-ups.
**4) Cultural Integration**:
- Facilitate programs to help foreign workers adjust to their new environment.
- Provide language learning resources if necessary.
**5) Health and Safety**:
- Brief new arrivals on health and safety protocols.
- Ensure access to regular health check-ups and medical services.
**Renewal Process**:
**1)Renewal Tracking and Notification**:
- Maintain a database of work permit and visa expiration dates.
- Notify workers and management about upcoming renewals in a timely manner.
**2) Document Preparation**:
- Gather and prepare all necessary documents for renewals.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission.
**3) Liaison with Authorities**:
- Coordinate with government agencies to facilitate the renewal process.
- Ensure compliance with updated immigration laws and regulations
**4) Follow-Up and Confirmation**:
- Confirm and document receipt of renewed permits and visas.
**5) Employee Support**:
- Assist employees with questions or issues related to renewals.
- Support medical examinations and other renewal requirements.
**Learning & Development**:
**1) Training Needs Analysis**:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultation with managers.
- Identify skills gaps and development needs across the organization.
**2) Training Program Design and Delivery**:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Utilize various training methods such as classroom training, e-learning, on-the-job training, and coaching.
- Create and update training materials and resources.
**3) Employee Development**:
- Implement programs to support employee career development and growth.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their development plans and career paths.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the organization.
**4) Training Evaluation**:
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Make necessary adjustments to training programs based on evaluation results.
- Report on training outcomes and impact on employee performance.
**5) L&D Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities as per L&D SOP, attendance, and evaluations.
- Manage the L&D budget, HRDCorp fund and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Various ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the company from time to time.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
