**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- To despatch office documents and parcels as per schedule arranged
- To ensure documents/parcels are sent on time to the right addresses
- To collect and endorse documents
- To bank in cheques
- To run official errands (e.g. collect forms, pay bills, etc.)
- Perform other duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent
- Possess own motorbike and driving license (B2)
- At least 1 year experience in the related field
- Familiar with banking procedures.
- High level of integrity: honest, trustworthy and diligent.
- Ability to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to prioritize work with good time management skills
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent road navigation knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
