Production Supervisor

1. To manage and arrange two shifts of process operators/ workers. 2. To ensure CPO and PK quality parameters are met. 3. To ensure overall production efficiency is met and optimized. 4. To improve on production if necessary by discussing with assistant manager in charge. 5. Liaise with foreman and chargeman if breakdown occurs or repair needed to be done. 6. To do production report for process. 7. To arrange mill cleaning.
We operate an oil palm mill by receiving crops from the surrounding estates to produce crude palm oil and palm kernel as products.
