**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to existing corporate accounts
- Open new accounts by approaching new dealers
- Track dealers' monthly performance for performance benefits
- Handle any dealers' warranty enquiries
- Handle dealers' shipping enquiries
- Generate invoices, delivery orders and labels using in house software
- Disseminate latest promotion and product launching or any marketing materials to dealers
- Resolve any satisfactory issue raised by dealers
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, attending messages, and preparing documents
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in related field
- Ability to work independently and interact well with customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
