Accounts executive responsibilities include entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling. To support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Process the monthly payroll and keep organised records.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
- Participate in annual audits.
- Process tax payments.
- Conduct thorough verification of financial documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and resolve them promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Requirements**:_
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Experienced in a full set of accounts, journal entries and postings, bookkeeping, analysis, taxation, audit, payments, cash flow, bank reconciliation, internal controls, and other related tasks.
- Must possess strong knowledge of the principles of accounting.
- Proficiency with UBS Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
