Coconut Plantation Supervisor

**Oversee coconut plantation day to day operations** - planting and replanting, nursery, fertilizing, weeding, pest control and etc.
- **Ensure plantation are well maintained** according to schedule ie leaf pruning, fertilizing and etc.
- **Supervise plantation workers** and work orders are in accordance to achieved daily coconut yield harvesting.
- **Coordinate harvested coconut yield** for local distribution and manage the sales/distribution of produced coconut products.
- Continuous **conduct research and development** on coconut plantation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture/ Plantation Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experiences in **Coconut Plantation**:

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
