HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- **Document Handling**: Responsible for processing and maintaining employee records and documents, including employment contracts, payrolls, leave requests, etc. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of these documents.
- **Recruitment**: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing offer letters. Collaborate with the recruitment manager to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure that HR processes and documents are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including employment and labor laws. Regularly update documents to reflect changes in the law.
- **Communication**: Maintain positive communication with employees, management, and other departments to resolve issues, convey policies and procedures, and build positive employee relations.
**Qualifications**:
- HR knowledge, proven experience in recruitment.
- Proficiency in office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Basic understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
