This role is responsible for engaging with clients and design teams by gathering the information needed for the reports and aligning with the team about the report design based on clients' requirements.
Location: Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Fri)
- Serve as the main liaison between the design team and clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Gather project requirements from clients and effectively communicate them to the design team.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design objectives, preferences, and target audience to provide creative solutions that align with their brand identity.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that all design deliverables are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
- Manage client expectations and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all design deliverables, conducting thorough reviews and obtaining client approvals before finalizing designs.
- Monitor and track project budgets to ensure profitability and manage any scope creep.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and effectively share this knowledge with clients and the design team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional design services to existing clients.
**Requirments**:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- People-oriented character, willing to travel, has own transportation
- Has experience in managing clients
- Experienced in related industry such as advertising agency
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
