**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- The role sits within the commercial team and reports to the Sales Manager, SME segment.
- Develop a keen understanding of our key customer segments and their business needs to drive customer value and market competitiveness
- Ensure productivity of the SME sales team through daily tracking of activities and performance.
- Ensure that the SME sales pipeline remains healthy by ensuring that all opportunities are being followed up upon.
- Develop sales executives’ understanding on key sales frameworks and important product knowledge
- Hire, train and groom sales executives into top performers and future leaders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales, sales management or business development role
- Proven track record of managing successful sales teams
- Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and B2B sales
- Experience using CRM software e.g. Salesforce
- Knowledge on international logistics and freight forwarding preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving skills

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
