**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Keep stock of office supplies including kitchen items, cleaning items, stationery, office equipment, furniture, and place order, when required.
- Ensure inventory In and Out tracking is updated for every item issuance and stock refill record.
- Provide general support to office visitors, organize appointments, and assist the meetings with respective employees, if and when required.
- Keep a check on daily and periodical cleaning, fumigation, and hygiene of the office.
- Look after courier, travel and telephone/cellular management for the office and employees.
- Keep the security and safety intact by ensuring the valid access controls mechanism.
- Arrange and ensure general repair management of office items including furniture and fixture, kitchen and rest room items and general utilities items.
- Visit market for common basic office items for sampling and purchasing work after due approval process of cost, quality, and quantity.
- Maintain the list of local vendors/suppliers for arranging basic office items after due approval.
- Manage all types of procurement for the office.
- Perform any basic administrative function, as and when instructed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Fluency in English is desired. Working knowledge of Windows office systems.
