Project Administration Officer

**Job Requirements**:
- 1 year of working experience in the administration field is preferred for this position.
- Familiar in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel. Report Format.
- Knowledge in Ordering Process, Oracle System or equivalent.
- Able to work independently and result driver.
- Good inter-personal, co-ordination and communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Compile and execute all ordering works.
- Support and assist all supplier payment process with Finance counterparts.
- Compile and prepare weekly administration report.
- Support and execute all department administration matters.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
