- 招募和入職。協助制定和實施招募策略。與招募經理協調以確定人員需求並確保及時進行招募流程。進行初步篩選、面試,並促進新進員工的入職流程。

- 員工關係。解決員工的疑問和疑慮,確保及時有效的解決。協助進行員工調查、回饋會議和其他措施以提高員工敬業度。
- 績效管理。支援績效評估流程,包括目標設定、評估和回饋會議。協助確定績效趨勢並建議適當的介入措施。
- 薪資流程管理。準備、保存準確的薪資記錄以及員工因提供的服務而獲得的報酬。
- 合規與政策。確保遵守勞動法律、法規和公司政策。根據需要協助制定和更新人力資源政策和程序。
- 福利與管理。監督和管理員工福利計劃,包括健康保險、退休計劃和其他附加福利。解決員工有關福利的詢問並確保準確的記錄保存。
- 人力資源指標和報告。編譯和分析人力資源數據,產生富有洞察力的報告以供管理審查。協助準備人力資源相關報告以供合規和決策之用。
- 特別項目。根據分配參與與人力資源相關的項目和計劃。與跨職能團隊合作,推動人力資源相關計畫向前發展。
- 人力資源經理指派的任何其他相關任務和職責。

**工作要求:**
- 優秀的工作優先順序、時間管理、規劃和組織能力
- 報告、記錄保存和文件保留
- 至少 3-5 年任何行業的人力資源工作經驗。有跨國公司經驗者優先。
- 能夠謹慎處理敏感和機密資訊。
- 熟練HRIS和其他相關人力資源軟體。
- 優秀的軟體技能(Word、高級 Excel、PowerPoint 等)。
- 出色的時間管理技能以及多任務處理和優先處理工作的能力。
- 優秀的業務合作能力。
- 較強的溝通能力和流利的英語和普通話
