**About the role**:
Work Location**: Plentong - Johor**

Reporting to **:Engineering and Maintenance Manager**

**Key responsibilities**:
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform effective effluent treatment process in the Treatment Plant continuously and complies with Environmental Quality Act 1974; Environmental Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009; and Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and its regulations. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to:

- Organize IETS operation schedule
- Supervise facility assessment
- Handover shift duty assignment
- Adjust operating condition within setting range
- Supervise sludge handling
- Coordinate in-situ instrumentation and equipment servicing Decommission IETS operation (shutdown)**Qualifications and skills**:

- SPM and above
- IETS competent person BP/PCP
