Customer Service Trainer

As a Customer Service Trainer, you'll play a vital role in shaping our customer service team into a well-oiled, empathy-driven machine. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip our representatives with the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.
**Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing**:
- **Develop and deliver training programs**: This includes crafting curriculum, creating engaging learning materials (think manuals, presentations, even videos), and facilitating interactive training sessions.
- **Train on all things customer service**: Product knowledge, company policies, communication skills, conflict resolution, you name it You'll ensure our reps are prepared to handle any customer inquiry or situation that comes their way.
- **Sharpen those soft skills**: Negotiation, problem-solving, teamwork - you'll help our customer service representatives develop the soft skills they need to build rapport and turn every interaction into a positive one.
- **Identify areas for improvement**: By staying on top of customer service trends and collaborating with management, you'll identify areas where our training programs can be enhanced to better meet the needs of our customers and representatives.
- **Become a champion for customer focus**: You'll be a passionate advocate for building a customer-centric culture within the company.
**To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have**:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (think communication, business, or education) is a plus, but not always required.
- Solid experience in customer service - you understand the ins and outs of what makes exceptional service.
- A knack for adult learning - you can create engaging and informative training programs that resonate with your audience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you can clearly and confidently deliver training content.
- A passion for developing others - you enjoy helping people grow and learn.
