**Job Scope**
- Assist in overall aspects of building maintenance, including all facilities and M&E and optimize maintenance costs.
- Performs tasks including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Conduct regular/scheduled maintenance and check report for irregularities.
- Attend complaints, check and ensure all defects are attended to within a specific timeframe.
- Monitor and supervise all works carried out by appointed contractors
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM/SPMV or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM).
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Having basic electrical, construction, plumbing and air conditioning skills is mandatory (one or more of these skills).
- Able to work under mínimal supervision while maintaining good work quality.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and perform overtime as and when required.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
