Manage staff training & development i.e. handle and coordinate with staff / dept and liaise with external trainer / company on training requisition
- Responsible for timely processing of monthly payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities likes EPF, SOCSO, IRB, HRDF etc. Handle yearly submission to IRB and preparation of EA forms
- Liaise with Government authorities like EPF, SOCSO, IRB, Labour Office, Immigration Office as and when require.
- Assist or relieve other staff within the Department as and when required.
- Undertake special assignments as and when required**.**
**Requirements**:
- Good command of spoken & written Malay and English language.
- Computer literate and proficient in Google Application i.e. Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slide & Google Form
- Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player
- Self-motivated, result oriented and a fast learner
- Possess driving license and own transport
- Salary will depend on related working experience, skills and qualification
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
