She/he must be able to work independently to prepare shipping documents, coordinate logistics, and ensure the entire process complies with shipping regulations to facilitate smooth and timely shipments. She/he also acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and logistics service providers to ensure seamless transportation and delivery of products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To coordinate with various departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to plan and schedule shipments.

2. To liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers to arrange transportation and handle export/import documentation.

3. To prepare and maintain comprehensive shipping documentation, including export/import permits and customs declarations.

4. To monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery.

5. To maintain accurate records of shipments, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping manifests.

6. To resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process, working closely with relevant stakeholders.

7. To negotiate rates and terms with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

8. To ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all shipping operations.

9. To handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.

10. To identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

11. To collaborate with the production team to ensure timely release of products for shipment.

12. To reconcile any discrepancies in stock records and inventory management.

13. To monitor loading and unloading activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

14. To coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inbound shipments of raw materials or components.

15. To ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of products for shipment.

16. To perform any other duties as determined by the Management, which is considered beneficial to the Company and within your capabilities, without detriment or causing injury to yourself.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

5. Proficient in using shipping software.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

7. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve shipping-related issues.

8. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in handling and transporting products.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.

**Work Distribution** **(% of Manual and Non-Manual Work)**

1. Manual Work: Approximately 30% (includes physical inspection of shipments, document handling, and coordination with on-site teams).

2. Non-Manual Work: Approximately 70% (includes coordination with logistics providers, documentation preparation, tracking shipments, data entry, and communication with stakeholders).

Pay: RM1,597.91 - RM3,544.67 per month
