Key Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients/customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
2. Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively selling products or services to key accounts.
3. Prepare sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of key accounts.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to key account customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity within assigned key accounts, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.
7. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing key accounts.
8. Proactively address any customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Regularly review and analyze sales performance and key account metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum diploma standard education (or related experience in the industry).
2. Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent presentation and persuasive skills to deliver compelling sales proposals and demonstrations.
6. Possess own transport for customer visits and meetings.
7. Proficient in written and spoken English.
8. **Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales**, preferably in a key account management role.
9. Self-confident, dynamic, and energetic with the ability to thrive in a highly competitive market.
10. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
