**About the Company**

A well-established with over 38 years of experience in the express delivery industry. In line with their growth plan, they are seeking for talents who is experienced in the International Business. The role includes the nature of Business Development and lead in managing and strategically plan the annual business performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for potential new clients and generate increased business opportunities.
- Acquire new customer business with solutions to identify the highest profit potential.
- Grow, maintain, and leverage your network to meet potential clients and establish new connections.
- Develop plan to achieve or exceed the revenue defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels
- Monitor or control the sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different channels of the business.
- Analyze P&L and Customer/Sales/Volume data to develop action plans for achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Identify new market segments and target sellers through data-driven analysis on the market.
- Build a strong and scalable business development team to generate quality leads for increased sales conversion.
- Skillfully handle objections during client interactions, focusing on reaching positive conclusions.

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant Sales or Business Development experience in import/export express or Freight Forwarding industry focusing in airfreight business.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export express service.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and BM, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software.
- Performance-driven.
- Result-oriented person with strong sales management.
- A number driven person and with proven sales track record.

**Remuneration**
- RM 3,000 - RM 10,000
- Transport Allowance : RM 500
- Monthly Commission

**Consultant In-Charge**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
