- Communication: Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and greet customers
- Filing: Maintain electronic and paper records and filing systems, ensuring documents are accurate and easy to retrieve
- Data entry: Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs
- Mail: Sort, open, and send incoming and outgoing mail
- Documents: Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports, and photocopy and fax documents
- Appointments: Schedule appointments and receive visitors or customers
- Information: Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public
- Supplies: Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Other: Prepare and process bills and other office documents, and assist with other administrative duties as needed
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
