**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide support for all admin-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external.
2. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
4. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
5. Generate and submit reports on general HR activity.
6. Enter daily records related to HR.
7. Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time by superiors.
**Qualifications**:
1. Currently enrolled in a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree program in Business Admin, Human Resources, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
5. A keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
8. Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
9. Have good knowledge regarding computers and IT.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM200.00 - RM500.00 per month
