**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is mandatory
- Proficiency in Python and/or R programming language is a plus
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze large, complex data sets
- Strong organization and time management skills, can work independently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, able to present findings in a structured manner and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
