Welfare Officer

**Job Responsibility**

**Home Visitations**
- Conduct home visits to assess the living conditions and needs of patients requiring financial assistance
- Conduct investigation and interviews with the patient's family members and referees to gather thorough information regarding the patients’ living condition

**Report writing**
- Prepare detailed reports based on home visitations, outlining the financial and social circumstances of patients
- Submit reports to the welfare committee for review and decision-making
- Ensure reports are accurate, well-documented, and in compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards

**Welfare Committee**
- Actively participate in welfare committee meetings to discuss and evaluate funding requests
- Present findings from home visits and reports to support informed decision-making
- Member secretary of the committee
